As co-host of The Ener-She Podcast, Krystal Phaneuf brings a unique blend of logic and intuition. By day, she works in the world of IT; by life experience, she has dedicated years to healing past trauma and intentionally becoming a better version of herself. She brings curiosity, authenticity, and compassion to every conversation, helping women feel seen, supported, and empowered on their own healing journeys.

Alongside her is co-host Karen Shirley.

As co-host of The Ener-She Podcast, Karen Shirley, SUDCC II, brings a calm, grounded presence shaped by lived experience, professional work, and motherhood. Working in California, she supports women navigating substance use recovery, trauma, and personal growth with honesty, compassion, and a little humor. Her voice helps create conversations that feel real, safe, and human—reminding women they are not broken and that healing is possible.
